Historical Perspectives is the result of Robert Fuhr’s ability to combine his unique and diverse background with a life-long fascination in history.

Robert gained his business expertise as the result of a successful sixteen-year career in general management, sales, and sales management. He also draws heavily on the experience he gained during fifteen years as a command officer, firefighter, and paramedic in the emergency services.

In 1999, Robert formed North-South Enterprises. He and his wife Kristin operate the business which is comprised of Historical Perspectives and Strategic Directions, a successful sales training and consulting practice.

Robert holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and Industrial & Labor Relations from Potsdam College as well as certifications in sales training, consulting, and business continuity planning.
