| Making
the Case for Continuity
ONE-DAY TRAINING PROGRAM
In our one-day seminar you will receive instruction
on how to follow the process using an electronic worksheet
based planning process. We also provide a rare and invaluable
opportunity to work with other business continuity and emergency
services professionals to share best practices.
Our sessions are light on lecture. Most of the
learning is based on the direct application of concepts and
sharing ideas with your peers. After each concept is introduced
and discussed by the group, you will have an opportunity to
apply it to your specific environment. This is followed by
a peer validation exercise where you will scrutinize each
other’s work and make suggestions to improve everyone’s
chances for success. Once each section of the process has
been applied and validated, it then becomes part of your overall
strategic plan.
Our programs are facilitated by Robert Fuhr,
CBCP. Robert developed the Making the Case for Continuity
process based on his experience in sales, business continuity
and emergency preparedness. As a Certified Sales Consultant,
Robert has coached thousands of sales professionals in the
use of strategic processes. More importantly he has been successfully
promoting business continuity and emergency preparedness for
more than sixteen years.
Here are the specific deliverables you will
gain by attending this unique training program:
- Important concepts that will help you promote your initiatives
- A consistent, repeatable, electronic worksheet based planning
process
- A peer developed best action plan for promoting your initiatives,
gaining commitment, and securing resources in your specific
environment
- Eight continuing education credits
