Robert served in the emergency services for fifteen years.
He was a firefighter-paramedic who held command positions
in both the fire and rescue disciplines. Robert has worked

and events to help them develop effective emergency management
plans.
Robert has a unique ability to understand and
appreciate both the business continuity and emergency services
perspectives. His dual expertise makes him adept at helping
develop response plans that maximize cooperation and coordination

Managing Human Resources
Robert earned a degree in Industrial & Labor Relations
and Psychology from Potsdam College. He has managed, led,
commanded, and coached people under a variety of circumstances.
In the emergency services, Robert proved his ability to command
in times of extreme crisis. In the business world, he successfully
managed people ranging from hourly employees to highly paid
sales executives.
